Welcome to SStang.com, this website is dedicated to my chrome yellow 1999 Mustang GT. I fell in love with mustangs when my uncle taught me how to drive with his 98 GT, I decided to purchase my own Mustang and found a 99 GT the exact same color as the 98 I learned to drive on. The car had 36,000 miles on it and was rarely driven so I picked it up as fast as I could.


I lightly modded the car with a few bolts ons then I was hungry for more. I bought an NX Stage I nitrous kit and had a blast with it. My best time was a 13.2 @ 107mph on street tires at the track using a 75 shot.

Unfortunatly at about 65,000 miles I had a mishap with the car and ran low on oil, I didn't realize how low the oil was and fried a rod bearing. The car was a daily driver so I had to come up with a quick solution which after extensive research on what to do, I decided to just buy an '02 explorer long block and drop it in. The engine lasted me another 30,000 miles before it developed a slight tap, called "piston slap" by some. Once the tap formed I decided to do a built 4.6 short block and throw on a supercharger.
